I LOVE this commercial. However Gravy Train is crap. It was then and it still is now. Either buy Merrick which is a high quality holistic food that makes a rich healthy real meat gravy, or buy Vita Gravy or Fromm gravy to pour over your dog's kibble.

Do any of you remember a late 80's dog food commercial where it shows clocks strking 5:00 and dogs perking up waiting for their masters to come home? It showed people getting off from work and coming home to their pets. It had this great instrumental music. I can't remember the brand, it was something high-end that I don't think is around anymore. I would LOVE to see that commercial again. Does this ring bells for anyone??

WHo the hell cares? the food is CRAP. It has NO nutritional value whatsoever for the dog, people just think it's cool because it "makes a gravy". Welp, it's the equivelent of feeding your dog bullion cubes, corn, bread and water... just that. EVERYDAY. So yeah, that's why they stopped making it, and that's why they should stop making most dry dog foods.

Actually, Gravy Train is still sold in stores nowadays. But I'd have to agree, it is awful stuff.
