@showlink And you know why the Viets "imported" trouble? Because the government didn't have resources and support to make quick stabilisation and assimilation. It's like wat you said - weren't prepared to take in immigrants. And the higher-ups ignored it. The federal gov. didn't want to take part in the problem. Therefore, the problem grew. The viets are not the one to blame. But neither are you.

For the white supremesists out there, get a grip. On average Vietnamese are *less* likely to deal drugs or do drugs than white people or black people. On average Vietnamese completely outperform white and black people at school and university. This video just shows what happens when PTSD traumatised families get chucked into a town and expected to magically adapt to a new language culture.
