Since he's not answering I'll say the obvious. This tank is ties into another system. No one could pull this off if not. Couldn't use a hang on filter as the rose anemone would move straight for the intake pipe. Then the amount of fish (4 fish 2 inches and bigger) with the sps. Anyone whose ever kept sps knows nitrates/phosphates mean no growth/color and eventually would STN till it was all corallite.
Now If I'm wrong, correct me.
Note: there will be no corrections lol

what kind of filter are you using?? and do you have a protein skimmer?

Very nice reef by the way!

What kind of filtration are you using? Only live rocks?

How many casualties have you had? I'm new to the whole reef tank thing. I'm putting up a blog called sinkorswimfish.blogspot.com about my adventures. One thing I've heard a lot about is no more than 2 fish for 10 gallons. However, I have also heard if the habitat is set up properly with good clean up crews and a good filtration system, you can do what you have done with four. Would you be interested in answering my questions and possibly guest blogging about your set up?

shouldnt have put in such a big anemone

Can't the other fish get stung by the sea anemone?
-
If i were u, i would put citron gobies, some blennies and a small pink skunk clownfish.
I have a ten gallon tank, but the aquarium says I can't have an anemone (that a clown fish would host) --- I guess they are hosting some coral in your tank -- it looks a lot like an anemone though.

That's an amazing number of fish and coral for such a small tank. How often do you need to do water changes?
