Rat Breeding Setup

My Rats, how i breed them. Use them to feed my ball pythons and corn snakes. The breeders are like pets though. A lot of fun to breed them and keep them.

@thulechaos I bought it from a SOS Rodent Express, they are a rat breeding facility not to far from me. Im sure you can find something like it at any local feed store or if you have a good LPS they could probably order it for you.

thanks guys, and yeah ill try to get a video of my snakes this up coming weekend when i am home. Right now they are in my bathroom, kinda in the back away from the sink and stuff. It does smell a little but if you clean them once a week and keep them isolated from the other rooms it works. You could try a closet if you have one available and then use that to keep the smell in.

just leting you no when the babies are ready to be takeing from the mom they can breed its not good for them but they can so you should mover the males away from the females or feed the males or females off

@shortandfat627 Thanks.The feed stores here(VA) don't carry rodent food and can not even order it for me.Pet store charges too much. I talked to a guy from Sand Valley farms who has 40lb bags for $15.but I have to meet him when he comes though my state in a tractor trailer. Nice rack man. I am building one similar real soon.
