How does an illegal immigrant GET a National ID Card to begin with in order to find out if they are legal, where they are from, and so one. I think it's geared more for watching us Americans and keep tabs on us. But when politicians or rich people break the law, they get away with a slap on the wrist. I read an article in the news about a rich person had a DUI accident that left 2 people death. He got house arrest and probation. "Laws are made for the poor"
