Citizens have the right to refuse to fight as war is NOT a solution to world peace.
Killing other people has never been the solution. More communication, not less will bring about positive changes. That is the role of the politicians and if they declare war, then it shows that they failed in their attempts to resolve the problem(s).

Canada the better place for human rights than USA now. It's fact. It's try also that Canada the better place for people to live, because of FREEDOM in Canada rather than in US. And i'm not Canada citisen if you think that i protect Canada. That boy should stay not because of him but because of Canadian people can see they are still have RIGHT GOVERNMENT. And it's the diference between suffering, poor countries and countries like Canada. Canada is the one that should lead in many aspects of live.

Actually Monkey, you should do some research first. He signed up for the National Guard in 2002 before any mention of the Iraq war. As Corey says, "I should have been in New Orleans for Katrina to help save Americans, not in Iraq killing Iraqi civilians."
