So I was going to make another skating video, but when we went to the lesson there was like, a problem with the ice. So my friend came over and we made this!

Yeah so...my splits aren't all that great, advice and comments, please!

Be sure to watch part 2; it has spins, jumps, and gymnastics!

  • can you guys do that on the ice if u can thats awsome!!!

oh also im a junior figure skater!!!

  • non sono poi cosi' tanto brave... ...io sono molto più brava... ...non sapete fare un cazzo...

  • keep ur legs straight PLEASEEE. and when you do the splits, i know its hard to point ur toes in boots, but it looks a lot better on AND off the ice. :D just saying(:

  • the splits your friend did are the same way i do mine lmao and when i tried doing what your sister did i couldnt and i was like MOM DAD CAN I GET SURGEORY?? lmao.....

  • have you got any tips for a ice skater who cant do the splits?

    i love the vids!x

  • so are you al ice skaters?

  • First, keep your legs straight at all times, and keep them tense. Don't bend your back knee! Also, go down as far as you can without hurting yourself and hold it for a while. It will hurt, but it shouldn't hurt too bad. After a while you should be doing a lot better. Also, as cattieloves said, keep your knees toward the ceiling when doing center splits.

    Hope this helps!
