to me the statement that a crisis allows you to do things that you otherwise couldn't do is a kin to does the ends justify the means. I would say hitler was definately an 'ends justify the means' kind of guy. Now factor in that (IMHO) crisis' are created and it all begins to fit. Create the crisis, have (your) solution ready to go, implement the solution without regard to the populous. Sounds a lot like the 911 thing to me, create the crisis (false flag), have legislation ready to go (patriot act), and implement (any reasonable person that is for the constitution and the bill of rights would / should find the legislation repugnant to all free people).
