US criticises govt over Ringera

The Ringera saga has now spilled into the diplomatic circles with US ambassador Michael Ranneberger criticising the government for failing to show clear commitment in the fight against corruption. Justice minister Mutula Kilonzo is putting up a spirited defence of the government, telling off not just the ambassador but also the KACC advisory board which has been issuing contradicting statements on the Ringera matter.
