'Finding Yourself' [Jonas Brothers Story] chap. 2

Chapter 2 -- the next day

Brooke's P.O.V.

Brooke: Kirsten wake up you skanky hoe and take a shower. I already picked out your outfit for today. It does not include anything black. But if you are still moody I'll let you wear black underwear... but that's as far as it goes.

I watched Kirsten walk her moaning butt into the bathroom.

Brooke: I don't hear the shower running!

Kirsten opened the door

Kirsten: Did you take some of my happy pills this morning or what cause you are too much this morning.
Brooke: Ummm... let's review. We are in California and there are hot neighbors across the street, or at least we can hope. So in other words... we have to look hot... and if you look like a skanky cracked out hoe we both look like skanky cracked out hoes.

I held out a towel for her.

Kirsten: Fine. But if I don't get to look like a skanky cracked out hoe I still get to be moody.
Brooke: works for me!

30 minutes later

Kirsten: Mom, so when do we get to meet the neighbors? Brooke is driving me nut this morning.
Kirsten's mom: We are actually going over there tonight. They are having a BBQ. They haven't been in town for awhile so they wanted to have a night and relax with friends.
Brooke: Really? Do they have kids? Preferably any boys?
Kirsten's mom: umm... four I believe... two around your age a 15 yr. old and one Haley's age. And yes they're all boys.

I mouthed to Kirsten 'boys'. Tonight might be my lucky night!

Later that night

we walked across the street. I swear my body was going to explode from excitement. Kirsten's mom knocked on the door.

???? : Erica! Damon! You guys made it! Oh and these must be the two beautiful girls you rave about!
Kirsten: Hi, I'm Kirsten. I'm their daughter and this is my best friend Brooke.
????: Well it's nice to finally meet you girls... why don't you head straight through into the back all the kids are out in the pool right now.

Kirsten and I walked into the house and as we got out of earshot I totally freaked out.

Kirsten: wow.
Brooke: WOW.... Wow is all you have to say? How about like oh my god we just met Denise Jonas. WHO IS YOUR NEIGHBOR!

-I squeezed Kirsten's arm-: We get to meet the Jonas brothers!

I opened the door and pulled Kirsten through with me. Kevin was just getting out of the pool. Nick was jumping in the pool and Joe was wrestling with some girl who was on a floaty.

Kevin: Hi! You must be here with Erica! She talks about you two like you were both her daughters. Which one of you is Peyton?
-Kirsten stuck out her hand-: that would be me and this is Brooke

I just looked at her... she is completely emotionless. I shook his hand.

Brooke: My Great day just got better.

I saw Joe get out of the pool. There by the edge of the pool stood 5 feet and 10 inches of pure amazement.

Kevin: ha, why's that?
Brooke: Because I just found my perfect California hottie!

I couldn't take my eyes off him.

Kevin: Oh I see. Well, let me round up the guys so you can meet them. I know they're excited to meet you two.

Joe has no idea what's comin his way!

[A/N: okay so I'm hoping you liked it.. it gets better as we go along.. i got to build up story for you. Sorry the videos have been lame but it's late and it takes awhile on my computer.
