The US and France and Polansk are perpetuating total Bullshit, if it was soo important that the rape case be resolved, Polanski would either be in San Quinton or living in Beverly Hills again today. No one really cares one way or the other to do something to resolve this situation as the "victim" doesn't want anything to happen because the publicity of a new trial would be crippling. Let's just let thing stay as they are now as a case of hipocrisy.
