im not sure the names of the chords but its ( Csharp + F ) ( C + Dsharp ) ( Bflat + Csharp ) ( Aflat + C ) ( Gflat + Bflat ) then work backwards.

Here is my suggestion: key is d#

right hand: c#-f | c-d# | a#-c#-f -> g#-c-f (hold the f) | f# triad | g# triad | a#-c#-f -> g#-c-f :||

left hand: move the scale downward equal to the harmonies on the right hand (c#, c, a#, f#, g# ...)

Sounds a bit like harmonic shugars, but I think this ist it.
