I was always able to draw for years and years ( oops showing my age LOL ) and for some reason I've lost the ability to do it well...fallout from my bad car accident maybe or just lack of time to practice it's like anything else you have to keep it up to keep it good...I thank you for your kind words though too, and he is very hard to capture too I had found...sigh just too much male beauty there to bug my eyes out and make my hand quiver and shake I guess...ha ha...take care, GettnBooted

Hi there. I am a portrait and wildlife artist, and just decided to have a go at this after watching a show. Interesting character in the show, and hopefully people can identify the work as reasonably realistic in my forthcoming exhibition. Thank you for your kind compliments. Very good as someone who has tried to capture his beauty dozens if not even hundreds of times with one or two near miss sucesses...and that was by using tracing paper ( cheating! ) I admire your ability to make it actually look like...him...thanks for the lovely rendering. GB

Thanks again everyone for your kind words. It makes me feel much better in this gloomy old place! You can learn to draw without it being a painful process. I suppose it takes practice, and I have done this for a long time now... (ooops - showing my age!) Keep at it, and you will be able to do it. If you get stuck, just ask me for help and I will try to help. Blessings J

SnarkAngel - no I have not sent anything to Mr D... I asked permission once upon a time, but did not recieve a reply, or expect to really. People get so busy these days. Not to worry. I only mean to enjoy myself and hopefully entertain some, so as there is no malice etc, I think it will be OK.
