In my experience, each of these can have single and multiple causes depending on the patient. All types of headaches have the potential to have a neck-related cause. In addition, I have seen certain foods trigger headaches, stressful situations, etc. Taking a good patient history will reveal most of these. Following up with a good physical exam and if needed, bloodwork, food sensitivity testing, etc. can also be very helpful in finding causes. Unfortunately everyone is different. Thanks
