  • consider implement plank style push ups into your "sons" workout its a muscle that ull notice

    for example pushups with fingers backwards at about 35 degrees and i saw he was doing the outward ones but if you really wana get the plank muscle the back ones help alot like were your body is moving forward with the push up so toes slide forward eventual your feet will lift feet up each time and im saying this is because if he starts yough he will be skilled.i dont evan know if you know of those2 mr.d
