Dahlia Lithwick Interviewed at White Oak

Dahlia Lithwick interviewed by the Brennan Center for Justice while attending "The Next Democracy" conference at White Oak Conservancy Center in Florida. Lithwick is a senior editor at Slate, and in that capacity, writes the "Supreme Court Dispatches" and "Jurisprudence" columns. She is a biweekly columnist for Newsweek. Her work has appeared in the New York Times, Harper's, The Washington Post, and Commentary, among other places. Lithwick discusses judicial selection, judicial elections, Caperton, as well as progressive jurisprudence in the following segment.
