  • Do you have detailed technical data on this?

I'm not clear on a few points.

Does this have a linear progression advance that you are tuning or is this a fixed time CDI and you are just adjusting the base timing.

What are the power requirements for this CDI.

I'm looking for something that I can adjust to give me about 15 deg of advance from 15 BDC at 2000 rpm to 30 deg at 6000.

    Aplication Modified GX200 clone.

  • @northerbrewer

All good questions that I can't really answer. I suck at electronics. I just tell the factory what we want to do and give them guidelines and they work their magic.

I believe we're just adjusting the base timing.

I believe ours has about a 24 degree of advance/retard total (12deg each way)

If I can get them to send me the info, I'll post it here for you.

  • hey kidnme im going to get a buggy soon im looking at the roketa GK-01W 150cc

  • @skatingdayandnight

Really impressive skateboarding! Keep practicing and you'll be Tony Hawk in no time! :-)

Great editing on your videos too!

  • @skatingdayandnight

That is a good starter kart. Roketa has been around for quite a while.

  • @skatingdayandnight

Not bad. It's a basic model but a pretty good starter kart.

    The Iridium comes already gaped.

  • @Pat5725

I only had to turn mine 1 click but yours may be different. If your top end doesn't smooth out the way it comes in the box, turn it one click and try it again. Continue that until you hit the sweet spot. The most I have heard anyone advance it is 3 clicks (It doesn't actually "click", I'm referencing the notches on the screw.

  • How many turns did your HH cn250 take to adjust?

Do you gap your Iridium spark plug?

  • :-)

If you have any questions, shoot me an email or give us a call.

I enjoy helping so don't hesitate.
