YOU CAN QUIT SMOKING:

*Set a quit date. You need to know what day will be your first as a non-smoker.
*Take it one day at a time. Wake up and say to yourself "I choose not to smoke today."
*Keep yourself active and busy
*Remember each smoke must be replaces by something - Be prepared for the cravings.
*Being more physically active can help.

I bought these packs of cigarette's while in Montreal. The cigarette packs in stores are actually locked up so that children don't see them. I asked the man behind the counter if I could see which packs he had because I wanted certain packs with the images. He knew I was up to something. He asked what the packs were for so I told him that I wanted to do a youtube video to bring more awareness to the consequences of cigarette smoking. He ended up giving me a huge discount on the cigarettes because they were for this cause. :-)

*Your friends smoke does have an affect on you. When non smokers are exposed to secondhand smoke it's called involuntary smoking or passive smoking. Non smokers who breath in secondhand smoke take in nicotine and other toxic chemicals just like smokers do.

@pete42, tried posting my last comment, too long so a list will do: COMPARE: your knowledge to real people who know WAY MORE than u do, meaning facts, second there are ways to test outcomes ahead of what global warming can become. Finally, if you are less than 14 years old and dont belive in global warming, then u got a long way in life in knowing alot more than just Penn&Teller(entertainment show) NOT Only on science, unlike many other sources who live thier lives on science

In BC you can't smoke in any work place Canada has the right idea to bad people are stupid and still smoke. Its so pointless if you want something to smoke then smoke weed!
