Hi. What if you do not know what you are allergic to? For example i ate a cereal bar and within minutes my stomache bloated and i felt sick. Can i do a setup of "even though i have a bad reaction to all the stuff in this cereal bar etc" or do i have do go through all of the ingredients in the food item. Many thanks Julie.

Cool, thank you very much.
My hayfever symptoms just started a few days ago when good weather came as per usual.
I was just thinking I could do EFT on my bodies over reaction to pollin and found this video :)
Going to do a few rounds of tapping a similar sentance to yours and see how it goes.

Dear Jason,
I must tell you that last week I was in a cloud of pollen under a tree, it covered everything in yellow dust including me. I had no reaction, not my nose or eyes or on my skin.
Previously I did remember a time when trees were blooming and I had a traumatic event, I tapped it just in case it had a connection.
I am free of that particular allergy a year later.
Be watching for an alleergy update video.
