Looking back I should have made it a tutorial, but it was to simply show the restoration. Given all of the requests, I will look for the original files and do my best to re-create it.
What I can tell you in the short term, when you are putting a photo back together or trying to eliminate damage, lines or cover holes, use the clone tool, the 9th tool down on the left side. Take good "information" next to the damage and paste it over the damage,
