Dallas is planning on bidding for the 2020 games and has even launched a website [10]. The bid would include many existing facilities to be used for the games, including the Cowboys Stadium for the opening and closing ceremonies, American Airlines Center for basketball and gymnastics, Pizza Hut Park for soccer, and the Katy Trail for marathons.
