"The birds didn't like it" zodiac camping with the gang, brought along some entertainment. 18 inch steel cannon shooting 8 drams/220 grains or 1tbs GOEX fg powder and 1" lead ball projectile. BIG BOOM starting our own cross border skirmish with San Juan. Recoil left wheel track 8" back in the gravel. Glassy calm peaceful day on the water and that thing just thundered through the islands. See my other video for even better shot!

  • That is cool I want one. Is it an antique, do-it-yourself build, or can I buy one where?

  • You can get one here: Kansas cannon works dot com

They are a GREAT deal compared to others and we have fired ours about 30 times with no problems.

It is awesome! You can feel it in your chest. Mention you saw the cannon on my channel. THANKS

  • @cetuspa THANK YOU SO MUCH! I'm ordering one. any problems with the trunions? The site says they're milled and JB welded in place.(wierd) I noticed you didn't bolt the cannon to the carriage. Is this why? That's my only concern. Other than that, the cannon looks beautifully machined.

  • @raimundough That is great, you should post video and let me know when you do. I have had zero problems with the trunions. They are on there really really tight...so much so I was surprised to here they were JB'd in place. But don't worry they aren't budging. I don't have mine bolted because I haven't found good enough looking hardware to do so. Besides the kids really like seeing the thing flip backwards and the parents look troubled too. More fun.
