Glenn Schwartz Kicking Out The Jams July 4th, Part 3

Reference the other three videos I've got on the site of this guy for an absolutely mind-blowing body of guitar work (and this is only sum total 15 minutes of fame -- he sometimes plays for four hours straight on Thursdays at Major Hooples bar in Cleveland's Flats. You can also find Glenn jamming on a video with his old band, Pacific Gas & Electric, somewhere else on Youtube. I'm sure if you just search the tags "psychedelic guitar solo" everything with Glenn in it will (or at least should) show up somewhere. There is no reason why this guy isn't playing arena -sized stages. Oh wait, yes there is -- he is certifiably insane. But wouldn't you trade a little (OK a lot) of sanity for some guitar skills like this?

It "sounds like Hendrix" because Glenn Schwartz is one of the HANDFUL of guitarists that can truly claim he was a peer to Hendrix.

you're correct. my comment isn't based on this clip. it's based on seeing glenn in person at hooples and the beachland ballroom. glenn is, at the very least, as good as the best, if not better. however, you have to see glenn play several times to catch a mind-blowing performance!
