With arms wide open (Haylee)

I really felt good making this video. I feel like this was a really good song for Haylee because it shows how much her family loves her and still does. I also tried to show that Haylee is still looking down on them, especially brother Bubba. There's this one part when the singer goes "i hope he isn't like me, I hope he understands, that he can take his life and hold it by the hand, and he can great the world" and I showed Bubba and Haylee because that is like Haylee's wishes for Bubba. I am really hoping you guys like this=) This is dedicated to my friend Hailey (heavenssweethearts) who I have been missing. We don't talk much anymore cause we dont go on YT often enough. But I hope she is still doing good=)

for those of you who do not know Haylee's story: Haylee was a beautiful 4 year old girl that passed away in 2006 because of accidental drowning. She was at a BBQ with mama Sonya and brother Bubba and was swimming in the swimming pool. Her mama went inside to change her brother but Haylee still wanted to swim. Haylee's step grandmother told her mama she would watch her. It would be the biggest mistake of her mama's life. Soon after her mama went inside, so did her step grandma, leaving Haylee alone outside. In 10 minutes Haylee was gone. Gone because 1 person did not keep their word. If you tell someone you will watch their child, PLEASE watch them. Don't let this happen to another child like Haylee.

@MsRainbowbrite12 Oh Memaw is only used in the southern USA. Its another word for grandma. Paw Paw I guess is the same only it means grandpa. Haylee's Memaw was not the one that did not keep an eye on her. It was her step grandma. They didn't call her memaw.

i think this is a beautiful tribute. i have been asking each clip i watch and no1 seems to answer me so maybe you will. were any charges laid against the step gran? i'm from nz and i cant find any details thru google

@MsRainbowbrite12 Don't know why nobody has answered you. I have no clue actually weather the step grandma was charged=( I have wondered that myself. It never comes up when people tell her story so I am assuming the family did not press charges. I was thinking, maybe they pass it off as a mistake since she is family. But I also think if it were me, I wouldnt be able to pass it off, you know? That was their daughter. Their 4 year old daughter, that they will never get back again.

thanks for responding. i have no idea why this little girl has had such an effect on me, but i feel after watching all these clips like i know her myself. i personally dont think i could be sympathetic, no matter if it was a family member. if that was my baby someone would be held accountable and i wouldnt stop until they were. all children are beautiful in their own way but haylee is on another level of beauty. atleast she's with her pawpaw (poppa) now.
