Romney was selected from the start, all the others are just fillers for the clown show. And since people are being convinced that Obama should have had magical powers and fulfilled every promise or utterance he made on the campaign trail, plus the movement to write in "uncommitted" on the primary ballots where they can vote, practice saying President Romney.
