  • If there is ever a perfect song, this one would be a strong argument for it.

  • i first heard this song nearly 20 yrs ago around 13 to 14 yrs old. it changed my life! made me see the possibilities of music and for that i will always be indebted to les, ler and my personal favorite tim.

  • @DSMANDARIN people who don't like it are sad pathetic and gay, that is an obvious thing. you have it the wrong way.

  • you get used to les' singing and learn to celebrate it as on eof the things that makes primus so good

  • @Metal6Is6A6Joke I thought les was already a good singer?wtf

  • @2992isthatall dmt ftw, hahaha. less is the best!

  • To everyone complaining about his singing, remember the title of this song. It's "to defy", not "to conform with".

  • 1.) In those rounded screens i saw some of the residents in eyeball helmets

2.) Ler looks an awful lot like Jim Morrison with his hair that way

  • Les's voice is part of what makes Primus great. He's definitively not the best singer, but if Primus had what is considered a "good" singer in mainstream music, it just wouldn't fit. Reminds you that being an incredible singer doesn't mean shit to the actual music, actually.

  • I really dig Les Claypool's creativity with his bass lines, every line is never the same from previous songs...
