do you do sets of these or do you just do one set of each workout since you do them everyday?

I'd like to add to that. You will get more progression from the time and energy you put in this workout if you do every single rep for the full extension. That means hanging from a relaxed position and pulling yourself up with at least your chin higher than your hands. If you struggle to get the last bit of height, you can grab the frame that the bar is hanging on and you will get it!

I dont know your age but you seems to be young and you do all the exercises every day? that would took more than hour everey day. Nice motivation :D :)
I know those pull ups are hard..but go more down when you do them

Gonna buy the same pull up bar as you use I think. How wide is it? Is it more then 1metre or is it 1 metre?
