***NEW Rurouni Kenshin anime is CONFIRMED***

These are some pictures as to how Kenshin may appear in the new anime.

This will be a two part Kyoto Arc remake from Misao's POV. Hopefully more (as in Jinchu) is on the way as well.

I enjoy watching both dubbed and subbed anime. I am afraid of the dubbed version. Rurouni Kenshin was pretty well dubbed, but when they re-dubbed the series as Samurai X, it was the most sickening thing I have ever exposed my ears to.

@D5v5d The ENTIRE Japanese cast is confirmed to be the same except Saito whose VA passed away since then. No word on the dub yet...

Why can they just re-adapt the whole novel back into a drama?  I love OVAs but since technology has advanced it seems it would be a bit cheaper to make a whole first season. Hell, they could use the same style of art work from the OVA, or a visual novel styled coloration. It's possible. But I am still happy with an OVA, anime is anime regardless. It is over awesome to watch. At least I am not some comic (crap cartoon) fag talking like a fucking moron..

@PokeBaal gah I know right!? They re-do a part of the series that was already animated instead of giving us what was never animated D: and to rub more salt into the wound the Shishio arc was already done well the first time it was animated!
