My Windows machine runs OTS perfectly fine. I'm pretty sure on all the money you have spent on buying a mac to run windows 7 you could have just brought a PC for about £600 with Windows 7 that could do what your demonstrating perfectly fine.
For me. I hate macs and do not see the slightest benefit in having one. At all.

Thank you thank you thank you! I hate PC's but love Mac's and OTSAV is great. Been using Megaseg on Mac but it doesn't compare to OTSAV. Do you need the most expensive version of Windows 7 for it to work? Or will home edition work fine?
