This guy is incredible... I love how he makes little changes to all his songs every time he sings them. So many artists just rehash their own recordings - like a successful formula that never changes. Andrew Bird re-composes his songs every performance...
I love this version of the song - it's so pared down and beautiful. It's kind of weird filming something like this in an artist's dressing room as you almost feel like an intruder. But Andrew was really lovely and made the experience very special . He sang the song with real feeling... I love the authenticity of what he does.
