Never have tried metals shirts yet if there anything like the ace briefs i'll love them best briefs ever... ...i use a Katana .... How do you like the metal bench shirts???

that's all i've used is katana's, but now I've switched to this shirt and holy cow, it's a whole other realm. It has so much pop and support, but a very forgiving groove. I can't believe the 405 touched 2 boards with this shirt being so stiff (it was right over my belly button though). I'll post a video review when my shoulder heals and can use it for a good session...check back
