EUobserver / Brussels - There are about 200 people working for think-tanks in Brussels. They occupy a middle ground between policy-makers and journalists, say Hugo Brady, senior research fellow at the Centre for European Reform."You have to be able to think like an academic, act like a diplomat and write like a journalist". In this video, he gives his take on the highly politicised discussion on the EU's borderless zone, the Schengen area.
