My own personal workout

50 kettlebell sit ups
50 Floor Wipers
2 minutes jump rope
10 double kettlebell swings
2 x 10 kettlebell clean and presses
3 x 10 kettlebell squats
3 x 10 Burpees with Knee Highs
20 Kettlebell laps; 8 walking, 12 sprinting

at the end of the workout I did 5 minutes of meditation and then a VERY SLOW Siu Lim Tao

  • Don't let the technique nazis get you down my friend! You're doing more than most of the wannbes who only know how to criticize. If it's working for you, and it looks like it is, then who the heck are they to say you're doing it wrong? Keep up the good work buddy!

  • wow, learn how to handle a kettlebell and do proper circuits and ladders with it and you wont need to waste ur time with things like "burpees" and walking with a kettlebell...but seriously

  • well no movement is wasted in the sense that you still get a work out....I'm no professional at this just a guy trying to be a good shape ....I'm always open to learning new workouts especially with the kettlebell....if you know anygood ones, let me know....I just get different ideas from other users videos and people that I have trained with....still experimenting basically

  • That Burpee with High Knees is a good all round exercise, it will improve your agility, stamina, whole body strength and you'll end up with a powerful spring in ur step. So i dont quite see how it sucks...but then again...who gives a shit about what these types of people think..you do what you wanna do bro.

    I noticed you say you completed your session with a very slow siu lim tao..haha.. i can only imagine.. your arms must have felt like weights themselves. Peace.
