The Taoist 5 Yin Chi Kung set is an intermediate Chi Kung set that deals with your internal organs. The 5 Yin organs are- the Lungs, the Kidneys, the Liver, the Heart and the Spleen. In TCM each of these organs are connected to other organs. The Lungs are related to the Large Intestine,as they are both the Metal element. The Kidneys are related to the Urinary Bladder, as they are both the Water element. The Liver is related to the Gallbladder, as they are both the Wood element. The Heart is related to the Pericardium, the small intestine, and the triple warmer(AKA the triple burner, or AKA san jaio) as they are all the Fire element. The Spleen is related to the stomach, as they are both the earth element.
Each Organ exercise has a related color.
Lungs-color is white.
Kidneys- the color is Blue or Black.
Liver- the color is Green.
Heart- the color is Red.
Spleen- the color is Golden.
Each organ exercise also has a related sound to vibrate the organ to remove toxins. The sounds are-
Lungs-ssssssstttt
Kidneys-chooo-waaay(with a tone drop before waaay)
Liver-shoooo
Heart-haaaaaaaah
Spleen-whoooooo.
The Taoist 5 Yin teaches you about the organs, their respective meridians, their colors, and sounds. It is very beneficial for your health.
