  • @dinkydau444 Just did mine a month ago, improved a little, 76 pushups, 68 situps, 11:12 run. Very nice scores by the way, very impressive, I hope to do even better next year, Aiming for 100 pushups.

    Nice job! but you can do better. Keep working at it and you'll be amazed at how quickly you progress! I think the first time (18 yrs old) I did mine I was doing about 70 pushups, 70 sit ups, and a 10:50 run... 2 years later I did 100 pushups, 105 situps, and a 7:14 swim (run in 9:53).

    Just keep pushing yourself, and never be satisfied with passing. Dominate it every time! Good luck!

  • @MreGSX i was stupid pre-navy and worked my abs by doing high weight low reps and i think i damaged them.

  • @somethingtough How in the heck do you do more pushups than situps?

  • Just did mine, 73 pushups, 59 situps, 10:38 run, 19 y.o.
