    According to me, it is not fake. Had he been planted there, they wouldn't have made him wear that cap. Why would they create extra work for themselves if they needed to blur it out later? He must be hanging out at the spot?

    Not the same guy.... similar nose, could be distant relatives, but their teeth are very different, eyes and forehead structure are different. While it can be done with special FX/makeup, I think another actor is cheaper than the special effects/makeup.
