  • Thanks so much for your lessons, I have to become familiar with Chinese language for an audition! love your videos

  • @GlambertGirl2010 xiexie ni~ :)

  • You should consider a handheld microphone, clip-on microphone, or headset so the audio is more clear (since it is a language lesson, after all).

My wife is Taiwanese, so I want to learn Mandarin with a Taiwanese accent.

    Keep posting!

  • Hey Peggy just a quick question for you:

When you say Good Morning, can i also say Nizao? or is this used in different parts of China?

    Thanks :)

  • I met some Taiwanese people who spoke some kind of Taiwanese language different from Chinese?

    Do you speak it?

Could you do some lessons on that language too?

  • I started learning chinese from my girlfriend in college. when she left for taiwan she wanted me to keep studying but she said don't learn from "Doris" because she has an accent lol I think it is funny to hear chinese people speak english with a British or Irish accent. very strange.

  • @se2cond

realy ? In Phillipines it is also peaceful there, with good views in Batangas.

  • the tones sound strange when i say them. when i say them it sounds like im saying those greetings like a question. is it because im just used to english?

  • Something funny I've noticed in English: "Good Morning", "Good afternoon", and "Good Day" are used upon meeting, like "Hello"; "Good Day" and "Good Night" are said upon parting, like "Bye". It makes no sense, but that's the way we use them, at least in the USA.
