  • Wyked, where is the rest of these videos, I am thinking about taking up beer brewing now. One question though, do you think if I used anaerobic process instead of aerobic from day one that it would make a difference in my taste? Also what do you think about the sweetening process? Got a formula yet? Thanks again man.

    don't really think the aerobic vs anaerobic matters much. it is susposed to, but i have never noticed much difference in the simple wines i make.

    prob would if you go right into it.

  • Great analysis of the fermentation process, and how to clear it. It was very helpful. Maybe the meade is tasting better, or growing on you, for the same reason some women look better at closing time ;-)

  • can u put it in a freezer or cooler to kill the yeast

  • mostly mead is going to be sweet ...me i use the d-47 yeast is the best mead any way i think i will try making pumpkin mead sounds fun

  • Interesting I,m also grtting into odd brews. It,s a lot of fun! Ever tried to ferment orange? Where I live it,s abondant.
