How to Make a Hollow Piece of Steel Appear Solid - Kevin Caron

Part of his sculpture Copernicus are two "slabs" of steel with holes in them. Kevin shows how he makes the holes using the slip roll, then finishes them so the slabs appear to be made of solid steel with holes punched in them.

That roller machine is amazing. I wonder how you get the inspiration for much of what you do. Impressive indeed!
