you know, i honestly dont know how much HP a stock 351 puts out. is it 290?

250 HP with a two-barrel carburettor or 290 HP with a four-barrel. But, for true, it doesn't matter ;-) It's a great car.

yeah it has an edelbrock 4 barrel on it. not sure on the size, i think it might be a 750 cfm. it'll have more hp soon. :)

Yes, the Granada swap is a great poor mans disc conversion, I have granada discs on my 68.

recomend an x-port brace & use mid-70 granada-like frt disk, they bolt on from lower arm to upper ball

So awesome. I have a 68 mustang, 351W/T-5 I am really close to driving it. That windsor sounds awesome. Ohh yeah I built the car myself for two years and im 18 years old. It had an inline 6 in it but no more!
