i'm a pilot too , and we need to save our old airplanes and our old cars from the hands of those out to destroy us from our love of flying and driving .

Beautiful old bird!! 0-470's or i0-470's ? There's one of these sitting in ( of all places ) an auto dismantlers yard 30 or so miles from where i live. Its minus engines, avionics, interior etc.etc. Just rotting away and looks so sad. Good to see one in the condition yours is in though. Mid or late 50's i'm guessing?? Do you plan to fly her again in the furure? Certainly would be great to see some video of that!! Good luck!!

@woodiediamond If you don't mind my asking, what was the registration and/or serial number of the aircraft?
Sorry to hear you needed to give it up, and as an aircraft mechanic once upon a time, I know only too well the cost of such a project.
