EDIT: For clarification, do not force land the MAV onto the boat. Force landing will cause the MAV to be destroyed. Instead, hover the MAV a few feet above the correct position on the boat and then exit out of the MAV. Your MAV will then descend into the correct place.

I feel that I can only use guns that I had unlocked right before the patch. I still didn't unlock some regular guns until a while after. I don't have these regular guns when in the glitch. Should that happen?

Cause The time machine removes additional DLC, Patches from the game. you can only use the guns that came out with the standard game itself also no premium guns

A team member was most likely hacking. or trying to hack and gave you the advantage. With guns you can make the bullet hits add instead of subtract health. With explosives it's a much more detailed hack. THe bullet hack can be done rather easily on cracked PS3's (people sell the hacks or learn some Cobra and Dongle), XBox and PC's are easy if you have someone write you the base code, or if you learn some XNA.
