Halo 3: ODST Live Action Trailer HD "We Are ODST"

This is the full-length Halo 3: ODST Live Action Trailer, "We Are ODST" for the Halo 3: ODST game releasing on September 22, 2009 on the Xbox 360.

About the trailer:

- "The Marines were originally intended to speak Russian - according to Rupert Sanders during an interview... He acknowledges however that the ODSTs are actually speaking Hungarian." Apparently this is to reinforce the idea that Earth is united against the Covenant.

- The song is a "Welsh song..." and "...is a version of Café del Mar's "Light of Aidan - Lament", which is much lighter and softer in tone and melody." It seems the version in the trailer was specifically made for the it. The original is quite different and sung by a women with a much softer tone.

- Light Of Aidan - Lament lyrics from the trailer translated to:

"And my army of brothers went over the hilltops,
drenched in blood we may be...
but fighting is all left to me...
Together with my army of brothers...
down we fall... darkness in all... through hell!"

- Translated Dialogue (from Hungarian):

UNSC officer: Present arms!
UNSC officer: Fire!
UNSC officer: "Tarkov! Thirty, now!
UNSC officer: "Do you want to die? Do you? Faster! Go, go, go!"

(There's been a lot of discussion on the net about the song's lyrics and meaning. The info above is from halo.wikia, a.k.a. halopedia, as posted. But, some have noticed that when you put those words into a Welch translator it doesn't sound anything like the song. Daibanjo47 commented about the controversy and claims to offer the original Welsh lyrics and the proper translation as:

Gafflwn Dihenydd Or fuddugol yn wiriol sydd, Ni fydd neb yn ein drechu, Falch ydy ni I drochu, Traed o flaen Ir Annwn, mewn y gwybodaeth fe godwn ni.

We cheat Death from his rightful victory. No one can defeat us we are glad to plunge feet first into Annwn [the Celtic otherworld, which is like the halls of Asgard] in the knowledge that we will rise.

I checked this out with an internet translator and it seems legit, which is why I'm posting it. Ty Daibanjo47.

Originally called Halo 3: Recon, ODST is a new standalone, disc-based campaign expansion to Halo 3 where you play as an ODST (Orbital Drop Shock Trooper), instead of Master Chief.

@Kasrkinbeta sorry but the brute (alien) was CG (computer generated), although they did have a halo movie scheduled for 2012 they canceled it and then they brought it back and canceled it again, so at this point it is unknown if they will go through with it
