First off, how would you feel if that woman was someone you cared about, and the employees did nothing? You'd say something like : THOSE COWARDLY LIBERALS AT MCDONALDS, WATCHING INNOCENT PEOPLE GET HURT, BLAH BLAH BLAH. Secondly, that man was a McDonalds employee who got HURT ON THE JOB.

@Skylinesandsunsets Was the McDonald's a franchise of the company. Maybe instead of making up a excuse they should had said this McDonald's is a franchise and the Franchise owner is responsable for worker compensation. Besides I work at Mcdonald's it is true where Employees get blamed if they decide to defend the innocent. But what McDonald's isn't telling you is that Employees non management isn't train to confront a problem but only management.
