Marx Trains & K-Line Big Boy, 60 car run

I think this is the limit, at least on my layout. I am amazed that I have been able to get 60 old style tin cars to stay on the track but what a hoot. Pulling power for the Big Boy does not seem to be an issue. It is just getting all of the cars around the 54" curves. At all times it is pulling through three curves with one being a 180 degree loop back.

What a racket that must be live as you hear that Big Boy all the way from the back of the layout! Beautiful, like a needle pulling thread, I had to watch this beauty several times!

Thanks John. I love the sight of these long runs, but the prep time is quite extensive. Getting every wheel oiled, track cleaned etc.
