I woke up early I had to get warm water for the kings bath. As always Selena was up before me *Im going now* she said *wait* she turned around *yeah ?* *how am I supposed to get close to Lady Taylor* she smiled at me *dont worry I will take care of that* I nodded as she walked out.

I walked in the bathroom and this time the other maid was here *you are still alive ?* she asked, I looked at her with a confused look *excuse me ?* *I was asked to not come here yesterday and after the king wanted to talk to you alone in the morning I thought he was going to punish you or something like that, but it seems like he did something else* she sighed *you work fast, not even a week and you are already sleeping with the king* my eyes grew wide of shock as I dropped the vase *IM NOT* at the same time the king opened the door.

I looked down and bowed *good morning your majesty* *pardon me your majesty* I added. He sighed *you leave and the clumsy one stays* knowing that he was talking about me I didnt move. *Im truly sorry your majesty* I bend down and started picking up the broken pieces, but clumsy as I was I cut my finger *ouch*

Suddenly someone held my hand, it was a soft hand I looked up to find Lady Taylor smiling at me *are you fine dear ?* she asked, I nodded *Lady Taylor dont waste your time with that maiden* the king told her but Lady Taylor smiled at me again and helped me to stand up *Im not wasting my time your majesty* she turned around and bowed *I beg for your pardon I didnt greeted you when I walked in*

Thats when he did something I never saw him do before, he smiled. He smiled warmly at her *its alright, but what makes you come here so early in the morning* he asked her, *Im here to ask his majesty for a favor* he smiled again at her *ask* *well I was wondering since you find this maid to clumsy, maybe you could give her to me*

What ? I couldnt believe it.

The king frowned *you want her ?* she nodded *are you sure, I can give you whoever you want* *well I want her* *Im thinking about your own security she will more like drop something on you* Lady Taylor giggled as I frowned, Im not that clumsy. *Im really happy to see that your majesty worry so much about me but you know that your other favorites never really liked me and I really think she would help me* *then maybe I should send her to one of them* Lady Taylor giggled again *dont underestimate her your majesty, you are the one who told me that she can find her way through Granwood forest* *well thats what she said*
