  • Becky I'm not a bunion specialist but if it is swollen regularly you need to see your doctor, podiatrist or orthopaedic specialist. Thanks for your question.

  • Wow i love this thank you so much like you im a real self help guru and only have a slight bunion but only 5 mins of this and i have about a milimeter between my toe which was bending over ! thanks again xx

  • @myguccigirl Fabulous! Isn't it great when we can use natural healing methods and let our body do the rest! Thanks for the lovely comment.

  • Tailor bunion is just another toe with a joint (little toe) problem much like the big toe. Approach in exactly the same way but be gentle, this is a small toe. Make sure you see a health professional if you have concerns before attempting any exercises.

  • Thank you so much Dr. for sharing this advice. I'm certainly going to be taking your advice.

  • @coolspindrift Thank you for your comment; let me know how you get on.

  • i have 2 bunions and im 12! mine arent causeing much pain but i can only get wide shoes and also the bunion on my left foot is always swolen and blistering which gets annoying and i may have to get surgery on them :/ your advice and exercises will really help ease the swelling :-)

  • My bunions esp give me trouble when I first get out of bed in the morning. They crack terribly and I can hardly walk. Within minutes, they recover some. I have to pull (pop) the bunion toe to the outside to begin to feel relief. Need some device to keep toe in the straightened position in which I force it.

  • can you show exercises for tailor bunion???

  • @posturevideos ....I'm continuing to work on my bunion using your techniques Dr..... And I must say it doesn't look as pronounced. I'm also working virgin coconut oil into the joint. Thank you again for your kind and knowledgeable advice. I'll continue to post with my progress... All the best to you.
