Libertarianism is often misrepresented. It's about peace, respect, accountability and nonviolence. It's more civilized than government. It's demonstrably better than how we choose to relate to each other right now. It's not about Somalia, the constitution or ripping out stop lights.
Somalia isn't the libertarian utopia! Its full of brown people. And healthcare there is great. The witch doctors don't have to certified by any fatcat witch doctor school, and they only charge $.50.

Somalia: If you were dropped in the middle of Somalia and had no way of leaving, you wouldn't last more than 6 months. $0.50 doctors. Right. What is your source for that info? Think your X-ray, CAT Scan, vaccines would cost that much? Have you been to or spoken to people from Somalia who understand the health care system and the political environment to make your assertion? Do you think they would prefer Somalia to the US, since you know, its so wonderful there?

Road maintenance argument: You assert that a private person would maintain street signs, traffic lights, and road maintenance.
1) Have you driven down a lot of privately owned roads lately? Especially the roads that have been around for the last 100+ years, like in New England? If you did, you'd notice that most are full of potholes, uneven, and treacherous to navigate. Why? Because they don't want to put out the money to make the repairs. They hold out as long as they can.
