@fichtnerguitar He makes them himself. Its like a combo between a thumb pick and a normal pick..the part that attaches the pick to your finger is flexible...
I cannot wait to get in a group, and work my level up to the point where I can commune with 5 people at once, the real maximum oneness for the astral world. when souls can do that, you know the music is going to be, literally, out of this world inspiring to get in a practice room and learn to communicate with your brothers on a new level.
It just happened, it worked, it was in time, the tones were beautiful. This was a thing of oneness. Our brains think it's impossible. It's not, when we know someone, when we can communicate comfortably, and when all of the things on the astral plane line up, we become one. Small group jazz is the place where this can happen because we devote our lives to this music, to the concepts behind the rhythms to the ideas of our souls. It is humble and beautiful.
I just came across some metaphysical philosophy, and in the "astral" world, spirit beings commune through sharing similar sets of experiences. A thing of oneness. I have personally found myself in this relationship with other musicians, but only one at a time. Never more then that. The first time was at a jazz camp, it was me and another cat, we had got to know each other all week, and we were transitioning the solo. As we did, we found ourselves seemingly impossibly playing a rhythm together.
these guys don't just play. They can feel what each other does and react to it in a complementary style. It's just an example of superb musicianship all around
