When I do it there's no Wario cap in the level, so I can't get over the windy bridge O.o

go into the castle , up the stairs into the door in the middle then up the spiral stairs then go around until you see a door with no star on it youll know its the right door if you see a mirror. Now, you have to be luigi when you do this. Go to one of the two pillars and take the power up, Go through the mirror and jump into the painting on the right.
